Ayden
Ayden began working in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry in 2017. Completing his trade in 2022, Ayden has acquired the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to deliver exceptional air conditioning and refrigeration services.
Ayden had long dreamed of venturing out and starting his own business. In 2025, this became a possibility. Ayden, with the help of his wife Emma, planned and established M.E.Z Air Conditioning in Mount Isa, Queensland.
Emma
Emma is a stay-at-home working mum of 2. Before having her own children, Emma worked in childcare. Now Emma is learning administration skills to help her husband achieve his dream.

M.E.Z Air Conditioning began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion for providing quality air conditioning service in Mount Isa, Queensland. We are a small family-run business that is passionate about what we do and takes pride in helping our community. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity. Why We Relocated to the Whitsundays
After many years in Mount Isa, we decided it was time to embark on a new adventure and relocate our family and business to the beautiful Whitsundays.
We chose the Whitsundays as our new home because we saw an exciting opportunity to grow M.E.Z Air Conditioning while becoming part of a welcoming and thriving community. The Whitsundays is a beautiful region, and we’re proud to now provide reliable air conditioning and refrigeration services to homes and businesses throughout Airlie Beach, Cannonvale and the surrounding areas.
As a small family-run business, this move is more than just a change of location — it’s the next chapter in our journey. We look forward to building strong relationships with our new customers, supporting the local community and continuing to provide the quality workmanship and exceptional service that M.E.Z Air Conditioning is known for.
