About Us
Ayden
Ayden began his journey in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry in 2017 and completed his trade in 2022. Since then, he has continued building the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to provide quality air conditioning and refrigeration services.
Starting his own business had been Ayden’s dream for many years. In 2025, that dream became a reality when we opened M.E.Z Air Conditioning in Mount Isa, Queensland.
We had a wonderfully successful first year, and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of the Mount Isa community. We are forever grateful to everyone who supported us along the way
Emma
Alongside Ayden is his beautiful wife, Emma, a working mum of two who takes care of the administration and day-to-day running of the business. Together, we work hard to turn Ayden’s long-time dream into a reality while balancing the joys and challenges of family life.
Why M.E.Z?
M.E.Z Air Conditioning is more than just a business to us — it’s a family dream built on hard work, dedication and a passion for what we do. As a small family-run business, we take pride in providing reliable, quality air conditioning and refrigeration services and building genuine relationships with our customers.
Relocating to the Whitsundays!
After many years in Mount Isa, we decided it was time to embark on a new adventure and relocate our family and business to the beautiful Whitsundays.
We chose the Whitsundays as our new home because we saw an exciting opportunity to grow M.E.Z Air Conditioning while becoming part of a welcoming and thriving community. The Whitsundays is a beautiful region, and we’re proud to now provide reliable air conditioning and refrigeration services to homes and businesses throughout Airlie Beach, Cannonvale and the surrounding areas.
As a small family-run business, this move is more than just a change of location — it’s the next chapter in our journey. We look forward to building strong relationships with our new customers, supporting the local community and continuing to provide the quality workmanship and exceptional service that M.E.Z Air Conditioning is known for.
From Mount Isa to the Whitsundays — we’re excited for what’s ahead!
